After this, you can enjoy the fruits of your hard work when entering the Lifestyle Phase.

We use a five-layer acquisition process—State, City/Town, Suburb, Property, and Value-Add Factors—drawing on multiple data sources to ensure our data is accurate and consistent. Once an area shows consistency, we will visit it and build a team on the ground to get an in-depth understanding of the market before deciding to invest.
