No. Unlike other buyers’ agents, we aren’t fixated on any particular strategy. We adapt your strategy in accordance with the data and the market, which continuously changes over time.

This will differ depending on the current status of your portfolio. However, if you’re starting from scratch, you can generally expect to build the foundations of your portfolio over an 8-year period and enter into the acceleration of your strategy in 8-15 years. After this, you can enjoy the fruits of your hard work when entering the Lifestyle Phase.

Your strategy is not set-and-forget. We’ll send you an update on your investment every six months to give you insights into your investments’ performance.

Yes (except the Northern Territory)

We use a five-layer acquisition process—State, City/Town, Suburb, Property, and Value-Add Factors—drawing on multiple data sources to ensure our data is accurate and consistent. Once an area shows consistency, we will visit it and build a team on the ground to get an in-depth understanding of the market before deciding to invest.

Michael qualifies them based on what’s required. His experience as a tradie allows him to speak the lingo, know what’s required in terms of licensing and insurance, and interpret what needs to be done and at what cost.

Michael will be your main point of contact – we don’t just pass you on to go through the process yourself.

It depends on the complexity of the deal. Our typical purchases with embedded value add can take 2-6 weeks, whereas our special buys (rooming houses and subdivisions) can take 1-4 months.
